Copyright Notice: Purchase of a physical print, keyring, magnet, bookmark, or other merchandise does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the buyer. You are purchasing the physical item, not the right to replicate the image.
2. Product Information & Print Specifications
We make every effort to display the colors, details, and dimensions of our landscape photography prints and products as accurately as possible.
Variations: Because individual monitors and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your display will perfectly reflect the exact colors of the final physical product.
Print Sizes: Unframed prints are available in standard sizing tiers (A4, A3, and A2). Each piece is subject to strict quality control and, where specified, will be accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity.
3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment
Price Changes: All prices listed on marneygallery.com are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at the time the order was made.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted third-party checkout gateways. We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card information.
4. Shipping, Handling, and Fulfillment
Fulfillment Time: Because our photography prints are finished to professional gallery standards, production and packaging times may vary. We aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 working days unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Liability: Risk of loss and title for all physical items passed to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearances, or incorrect address entries provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damages
We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of landscape art.
Return Window: If you change your mind, you may return non-custom items in their original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at our official gallery email within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of both the damaged packaging and the product, so we can arrange a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Marney Gallery and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use this website, or from the performance of the products purchased through the site.
7. Governing Law
